New course on the menu; Great Northern Prawn (Pandalus Borealis)

Great Northern Prawn (Pandalus Borealis)
A new course on our menu this summer is the Great Northern Prawn. The prawn is cooked and frozen at sea to keep it´s freshness and quality. We serve it with bread, Chantilly cream sauce and a lot of lemon. We like it best when it´s full of roe, then we squeze some lemon on the roe and suck them in yummie………………then peel the shell off, dip in the sauce and devour the good stuff with the fresh bread.
